Return Policy

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store at any of our Florida or North Carolina locations are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of the purchase date.

Online Purchases

• Orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
• Orders shipped outside of these four states may be eligible for a refund.
• All returns are subject to a $14.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit or refund. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable and will also be deducted.
• Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online purchases may be returned in person to any of our FL or NC stores. When returned this way, the $14.95 restocking fee will be waived.

Please note: Wish & Shoes retail locations and wishandshoes.com operate as separate business entities and may have different return policies. Contact us directly for clarification.

Shoes

We hope your shoes fit perfectly! However, if they don’t:

• Please try shoes indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.
• Worn shoes are not returnable.
• Shoes in new, unworn condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and the original shipping box.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

• Replacement orders are shipped only after we receive your return.
• No additional shipping charges will apply to replacement items.
• If the exchange costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
• If the exchange costs less, you’ll receive a store credit for the difference.

Order Cancellations

• Orders (excluding special orders) can be canceled before shipping.
• Once shipped, an order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and processed the next business day. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If your item is damaged:

• You will be notified by phone or email.
• You may choose a full refund, a discount, or a replacement prior to shipment.

If your item is damaged during shipping:

• You may request a return label for a full refund.
• You’ll be asked to photograph the damaged item and packaging and email us for review.

Frequent Returns

To maintain a fair shopping environment, customers with unusually high return rates may be restricted from making future returns.
These customers will be notified directly, and all future purchases will be final sale. Refusal to accept this condition may result in account suspension.
